In these Terms, the Service means the Poriy iOS app, its bundled ear-training drills and audio prompts, local practice features, related site pages, and support processes.

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use Poriy, its ear-training features, local practice data, and related support and policy pages.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Poriy, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal music-learning and practice purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
4. Access and Service Security
You are responsible for using the Service lawfully, protecting your device and local access methods, and reviewing the permissions you grant to the app.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, bundled drill definitions, audio prompts, and original service materials, belongs to Poriy or its licensors. You keep ownership of profile text and Practice Notes that you provide, and you authorize the app to store and process them locally as needed to provide the practice features you request.
6. Local Practice Data and User Materials
You remain responsible for the profile details, Practice Notes, and other material you enter or save through the app. Practice Notes are intended for your private local practice history. Do not use the Service with unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material, and make sure you have the rights needed for anything you add.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including drills, bundled audio, local practice tools, or support processes.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published means you accept the revised version.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
